Kerala:

Kerala’s Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan addressed at the Central Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram district, by hoisting the flag. In fact, she emotionally mentioned the deaths of Children at Gorakhpur. Moreover, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagawat accepted an invitation from the school and hoisted the National flag in Palakkad District of Kerala. District collector announced a statement to file a case on the RSS Chief as the flag hoisting should be done in the school or government authorities according to the district administration norms where he elutes those norms.

Tamil Nadu:

CM of Tamil Nadu hoisted the flag at St. George Fort. He stated the people that the party’s contribution will be the all-around development of the state. During the time of his first Independence Day, he announced a pension of Rs.12000 to Rs.13000 and Palaniswami praised the freedom fighters.

Telangana:

KCR hoisted the flag at Golconda Fort. While addressing he said that he will provide more job opportunities in the state. “I am happy to announce that besides 27,660 appointments so far we made, measures are being taken to make appointments for another 84,876 jobs shortly,” KCR said. Also, in Congress, TDP, BJP, and other political party offices celebrated the Nation’s event.

Goa:

A state-level function sparked in the state’s capital Panaji by the Manohar Parrikar. Former Defence Minister says that the state will be free from plastics by the year 2020 and in fact, optimizing the quality of education who requested people to co-operate with the Government.

Odisha:

Mahatma Gandhi Marg lighted by the Naveen Patnaik who addressed the state-level parade and hoisted the national flag. Naveen fell ill due to the humidity variations and visited a hospital on his way back to the home where the doctors reported that he’s in perfect condition.

Madhya Pradesh:

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan addressed the state in the Bhopal, capital of the state. He vowed on the elimination of corruption and poverty from the state; providing each house to the poor person in the state.

Puducherry:

CM Narayanasamy addressed the gathering with a positive statement on the improvement of health care. Cultural programs were performed on this Independence Day in Upper Tamil Nadu.

West Bengal:

Slogans raised throughout the state. While Mamata Banerjee unfurled Flag at Red Road in Kolkata and other leaders hoisted at their respective party offices.

Bihar:

Nitish Kumar, PM of Bihar hoisted a flag at Gandhi Maidan in Patna speaking on on-going floods in the state. Kumar expressed his Gratitude to Modi for sending over rescue team to help the people who stuck in the floods.

Uttar Pradesh:

Yogi Adityanath, after hoisting the flag, said that the Indian development begins with UP and asked to pledge the people to contribute to India in making a powerful nation.

Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh:

In remembrance of the freedom fighters, the CMs and governors hoisted the flags in various parts of the state. Amarinder Singh hoisted the flag at Gurdaspur. In Bakshi Stadium of Srinagar, CM Mehbooba Mufti dismissed on Jammu and Kashmir’s judiciary challenges. “I am sure the Supreme Court will dismiss the present petition before it,” Mufti said in her speech.

Mizoram:

CM emphasized on New Land Use Policy which has brought development in the state. Also, the state is in peaceful condition as the issues were concerned by law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and the public.

Arunachal Pradesh:

Arunachal Pradesh’s CM briefed on the eradication of Poverty, illiteracy, and unemployment of the state. After the flag hoisting in Itanagar, CM spoke on other issues to be improved in the state.
